Worked in short films as Director of Photography, camera, 1st and 2nd AC, gaffer, grip, lighting technician and logger.
Photography was the first medium that I approached with more intensity. I don’t know exactly when I started photographing, but I remember stealing my dad’s camera when I was a kid. This unpretentious beginning gave me a keen eye and in 2015 I was one of the winners of the Wikipedia's Wiki Loves Earth contest and was one of the best contributors to the Wikipedia archive, with 89 pictures from UNESCO Heritage sites.
All of my photographs are available under Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), you are free to use them anywhere, except commercially, as long as you give me credit. You can find more pictures with higher resolutions on my Flickr page.
Today, I work on freelance projects for companies and people.
In 2014 I received my bachelor in Advertising from FAAP in São Paulo. I did internships in Mofilm and Peralta where I worked with social media and later, art direction. After college, I was part of a trainee program in DM9-DDB ad agency and continued working as a freelance in the area, working in some projects of brand visual identity and design for individuals and brands.
In 2016 I took a filmmaking course in New York Film Academy, where I produced, directed, wrote and edited 4 short films and worked in a dozen others. After that, I did some making ofs for brands in Brazil and by the end of that year I moved to Buenos Aires, where I continued to study Cinema in Universidad del Cine and PuntoCine, focusing in cinematography.
