From January 13 to 20, 2023, scholars from the Pierre Elliot Trudeau Foundation, along with Fellows, Mentors, and special guests, arrived in Barcelona to explore the themes of ‘Language, Culture, and Identity.’ After spending several days in the Catalan capital, the group traveled north to Bilbao to conclude their Institute of Engaged Leadership in Spain.
